Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all quotations, orders, and business conducted between AI Global Manufacturing ("AI Global," "we," "us," or "our") and any company, organization, or individual placing an order or using our website ("Client," "you," or "your"). By submitting a purchase order, signing a quotation, or otherwise engaging our manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, placing an order, or otherwise engaging AI Global Manufacturing's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with placing an order.
These Terms apply to all transactions conducted via our website, email, WhatsApp, phone, or in-person communication, unless superseded by a separately signed manufacturing agreement or purchase contract for a specific order.
Quotes & Order Confirmation
Quotations provided by AI Global Manufacturing are valid for the period stated on the quotation (typically 15–30 days) unless otherwise specified, after which prices may be subject to change due to fluctuations in raw material costs, freight rates, or currency exchange.
An order is considered confirmed only upon: (a) written acceptance of the final quotation by the Client, and (b) receipt of the agreed deposit payment, where applicable. Verbal agreements or informal chat confirmations do not constitute a binding order until formalized in writing.
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
All orders are subject to our published or quoted Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), which may vary by product category, fabric, and customization method. Current general MOQs are outlined on our FAQs page and are confirmed in writing for each specific order at the time of quotation.
Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless explicitly included (e.g. under DDP terms).

Late payments may result in delayed production, delayed shipment, or storage fees for completed goods awaiting payment. AI Global Manufacturing reserves the right to pause production on any order with an outstanding balance.
Samples & Approval
For most orders, particularly first-time or customized orders, we strongly recommend (and may require) sample approval before bulk production begins. Once a sample is approved in writing (email or signed approval form), bulk production will proceed to match the approved sample's specifications, materials, and color, within standard industry tolerances (see Section 7).
Sample costs and shipping are billed separately and may be credited toward the bulk order at our discretion, depending on order size and terms agreed at the time of sampling.
Production & Lead Times
Estimated production lead times are provided at the time of quotation and order confirmation. While we make every reasonable effort to meet quoted timelines, lead times are estimates and may be affected by factors including but not limited to: raw material availability, design revisions requested by the Client, customs delays, or force majeure events (see Section 14).
The production timeline officially begins only after: (a) full design/specification approval, (b) sample approval where applicable, and (c) receipt of the agreed deposit payment.
Quality & Industry Tolerances
AI Global Manufacturing maintains rigorous quality control standards (see our FAQs and About pages for certification details). However, the Client acknowledges and accepts standard industry tolerances inherent to textile and apparel manufacturing, including but not limited to:
- Minor variations in color (±5% shade variance) due to dye lot differences between sample and bulk production
- Measurement tolerances of approximately ±2–3% on garment dimensions, consistent with industry norms
- Minor variation in print/embroidery placement (typically within ±0.5cm) across a production batch
These tolerances do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for rejection of an order unless they fall outside the ranges specified above or materially affect the product's usability.
Shipping & Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are made on an FOB (Free On Board) basis from our production facility, meaning risk and responsibility for goods transfers to the Client once loaded for shipment. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms are available upon request and will be reflected in the relevant quotation.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including any special import requirements of the destination country. AI Global Manufacturing is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, incorrect shipping information provided by the Client, or carrier-related disruptions.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders may be cancelled or modified only with written request and are subject to the following:
- Cancellations requested before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit, minus any costs already incurred (e.g. fabric sourcing, sampling).
- Cancellations requested after production has commenced are generally non-refundable, given that materials have been committed and labor scheduled.
- Design or specification changes requested after order confirmation may result in revised pricing and/or extended lead times, communicated to the Client for approval before proceeding.
Returns, Defects & Claims
Given the custom-manufactured nature of our products, orders are generally non-returnable except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects. To submit a defect claim:
- Notify AI Global Manufacturing in writing within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photographic or video evidence of the alleged defect, along with the affected quantity.
- Allow our quality team reasonable time to review and respond with a resolution (replacement, credit, or partial refund, as applicable).
Claims submitted after the 7-day window, or for issues falling within standard industry tolerances (Section 7), may not be eligible for resolution under this policy.
Intellectual Property
The Client retains ownership of any designs, logos, trademarks, or branding materials ("Client IP") submitted to AI Global Manufacturing for the purpose of producing an order. AI Global Manufacturing is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Client IP solely for the purpose of fulfilling the relevant order, and will not use, reproduce, or share Client IP for any other purpose without written consent.
All proprietary manufacturing techniques, templates, and processes developed by AI Global Manufacturing remain our exclusive property, regardless of the order for which they were used.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, designs, pricing, or technical specifications shared during the course of business, except where disclosure is required by law. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available upon request for clients requiring additional formal protection of unreleased designs or product lines.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Global Manufacturing's total liability arising out of or related to any order shall not exceed the total value paid by the Client for that specific order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from the use of our products or services.
Force Majeure
AI Global Manufacturing shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, fire, or significant disruption to raw material or freight/shipping availability. In such events, affected timelines will be extended by a period reasonably necessary to address the disruption, and both parties will communicate in good faith regarding next steps.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION — TO BE SPECIFIED], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or any order shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through [ARBITRATION / COURTS OF — TO BE SPECIFIED], as the exclusive venue for resolution.
Website Use
By using aigloblemfg.com, you agree not to: misuse the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality; attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems; or use any content from the site (including images, text, or product designs) for unauthorized commercial purposes without our written consent.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For active orders, the Terms in effect at the time the order was confirmed will continue to apply to that order.
