Ordering & MOQ

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ starts from 30 pieces per style/color. For fully customized items involving embroidery, sublimation printing, or unique fabric sourcing, MOQ is typically 50 pieces. We can occasionally accommodate smaller test orders for new clients — reach out to discuss your specific case.

Can I order a sample before committing to bulk production?

Yes, absolutely. We strongly recommend ordering a sample first. Sample production takes 5–7 business days, and sample costs (including shipping) are typically credited back to your order if you proceed to bulk production with us.

Can I mix multiple styles, colors, or sizes within one order?

Yes. As long as the total order meets our overall MOQ, you're free to mix sizes and colors within a style. Mixing multiple distinct styles in one order may require the MOQ to be met per style — your account manager will confirm exact breakdowns for your specific order.

Do you accept repeat or recurring/seasonal orders?

Yes — many of our clients work with us on a seasonal or recurring basis. We can set up standing specifications and pricing agreements so reorders move faster, with priority production slots for long-term partners.

Production & Customization

How long does production and delivery take?

Sample production takes 5–7 business days. Bulk production is typically 14–21 business days depending on quantity, fabric availability, and customization complexity. Express production slots are available for urgent orders at an additional fee.

Do you offer custom branding and labeling?

Yes, fully. We offer:

  • Custom woven labels & neck tags
  • Heat transfer and printed tags
  • Embossed leather patches
  • Custom hang tags & printed packaging
  • Branded poly bags and shipping cartons
What printing and decoration methods do you support?

We support all major decoration methods including Sublimation, Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Screen Printing, Embroidery, Heat Transfer Vinyl, Puff Print, Foil Print, Discharge Print, and Rhinestone application. Our design team will recommend the most durable method based on your fabric and design.

Can you work from my own designs and tech packs?

Yes. You're welcome to send complete tech packs, pattern files, or even reference samples. If you don't have a finished tech pack, our in-house design team can develop one from your sketches, mood boards, or verbal brief at no extra charge for standard styles.

What fabrics and materials do you work with?

We work with a wide range of materials including cotton, cotton-poly blends, performance polyester (moisture-wicking), fleece, French terry, genuine and synthetic leather, denim, and technical/compression fabrics. If you have a specific GSM or fabric composition in mind, share it with us and we'll source or match it.

Shipping & Logistics

Do you ship internationally and handle customs?

We ship to 80+ countries worldwide. Our logistics team handles all export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, and Certificate of Origin. We work with all major freight forwarders and offer both DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and FOB pricing structures.

What shipping methods are available?

For samples and small orders, we use express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) with 3–7 day delivery. For bulk orders, we offer air freight (faster, higher cost) and sea freight (cost-effective for large volumes, 25–40 days transit depending on destination port).

Can I track my order once it's shipped?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number along with carrier details. For sea freight shipments, we also provide container tracking and estimated port arrival updates throughout transit.

Who is responsible for import duties and taxes?

This depends on the shipping terms agreed upon. Under FOB terms, the buyer is responsible for duties and taxes upon arrival. Under DDP terms, these costs are included in our quoted price. We'll clarify which applies before confirming your order.

Quality & Certifications

What certifications do you hold?

AI Global holds ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (chemical safety), GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), WRAP (ethical manufacturing), and SA8000 (Social Accountability) certifications. All certification documents are available upon request for due diligence and compliance purposes.

How do you ensure quality control during production?

Every order goes through a 3-stage quality control process: in-line inspection during cutting and sewing, mid-production checks during finishing/decoration, and a final pre-shipment inspection covering measurements, stitching, print/embroidery accuracy, and packaging. We can also arrange third-party inspection (e.g. SGS, Intertek) upon request.

What happens if I receive defective items?

Our defect rate is consistently under 2% thanks to our QC process, but if any units arrive defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video evidence. We will replace, credit, or refund the affected units according to the terms outlined in your order agreement.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), PayPal for smaller transactions, and Letter of Credit (L/C) for larger international orders. Specific available methods may vary by order size and destination country — your account manager will confirm options for your order.

What is your standard payment structure?

For most orders, we require a 30–50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment or upon presentation of shipping documents. Long-term clients with an established history may qualify for adjusted payment terms.

How is pricing calculated, and is it negotiable?

Pricing depends on fabric choice, garment complexity, decoration method, and order quantity — larger volumes generally unlock lower per-unit pricing. Submit your specifications through our quote form for an itemized, transparent quotation within 24 hours.

Are there any hidden fees I should know about?

No. Every quotation we provide is itemized and includes unit cost, customization fees, and shipping (when using DDP terms). Any optional add-ons (e.g. rush production, third-party inspection) are clearly flagged and require your approval before being added to an order.

Will I have a dedicated point of contact?

Yes. Every client is assigned a dedicated account manager who oversees your order from quote to delivery, available via email, WhatsApp, and scheduled video calls in your time zone.

Do you offer NDA or exclusivity agreements for designs?

Yes. We routinely sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect your designs and brand identity, especially for clients launching new or unreleased product lines. Just request one when starting your project.

Can I visit your facility or request a virtual tour?

Yes, both options are available. In-person visits can be arranged with advance notice, and we also offer live virtual factory tours via video call so you can see your production process in real time, wherever you are.
