AI Global Manufacturing ships custom apparel orders from our Sialkot, Pakistan facility to clients in 80+ countries. This policy explains our production timelines, available freight options, cost structures, and what to expect from order confirmation to final delivery at your door.
Overview
Every order — whether a small sample run or a full container shipment — follows the same transparent process: production, 3-stage quality inspection, packaging, and dispatch via your chosen shipping method.
We ship via DHL Express, FedEx, and sea freight (LCL/FCL), and offer both FOB and DDP pricing terms so you can choose the level of logistics involvement that suits your business.
Production Timeline
Lead times begin once your design, fabric, and order quantity are confirmed and the agreed deposit is received.
Shipping Methods
We offer both air and sea freight so you can balance speed against cost based on your order size and deadline.

Exact transit time depends on destination country, customs clearance at your end, and seasonal carrier load. We confirm an estimated delivery window in writing before dispatch.
Shipping Costs — FOB & DDP
We offer two pricing structures for international shipping depending on your logistics setup.
We deliver goods to the port/airport in Pakistan, fully cleared for export. You (or your freight forwarder) arrange international shipping, insurance, and import customs. Best for clients with an existing logistics partner.
We handle everything — freight, insurance, and destination customs duties — delivering directly to your warehouse. Full cost is included in one quote. Best for clients who want a completely hands-off experience.
Final shipping cost is calculated based on chargeable weight (or container volume for sea freight), destination, and your selected Incoterm. Request a quote with your destination and order quantity for an exact rate.
Customs & Documentation
Every shipment is accompanied by complete export documentation prepared by our logistics team:
- Commercial Invoice — itemized value of goods for customs assessment
- Packing List — carton count, weights, and dimensions
- Bill of Lading / Airway Bill — official shipping document from the carrier
- Certificate of Origin — confirms goods are manufactured in Pakistan
- Customs Declaration — completed per destination country requirements
Under FOB terms, import duties and taxes at destination are the client's responsibility. Under DDP terms, these are included in our quoted price and handled entirely by our team.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can track real-time status through:
- DHL or FedEx tracking portal for air shipments
- Your freight forwarder's system for sea shipments
- Our dedicated account managers, available via WhatsApp 6 days a week
Delays & Liability
While we work to meet every quoted timeline, international shipping can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- Customs inspections or clearance delays at destination
- Carrier-side delays, weather events, or port congestion
- Public holidays in Pakistan or the destination country
- Force majeure events (see our Terms & Conditions)
We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control — but we proactively communicate any known delays and provide updated delivery estimates throughout.
